We may analyze interactions to derive aggregated insights such as ordering trends (e.g., "pizza orders are higher on weekends"). These insights are designed to be non-identifiable and are used to improve the Platform and help restaurants understand ordering trends. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices regarding analytics. You may request deletion of your message history by contacting admin@lexicalsystems.com. Deletion requests do not affect completed transactions or records we must retain for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

SMS ordering is handset-initiated by you. You may receive transactional texts related to your active order. Promotional messages are sent only if you separately opt in (unchecked by default at checkout or via a dedicated opt-in prompt). Msg & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. We do not share your information with other restaurants on our platform. If you order from Restaurant A, we will not give your data to Restaurant B.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We retain data as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type; we may retain order and messaging logs for a reasonable period for security, fraud prevention, and customer support.
